Louisa Minkin is an artist based in London UK. She is a Reader in Visual Art Practices and Course Leader for MA Fine Art at CSM.

She is currently working on Mootookakio’ssin or distant awareness, a New Frontiers Canada research fund project which aims to connect the Blackfoot people on Treaty 7 territory in Canada with their belongings in UK museum collections. She leads its sister AHRC Network project in the UK: Concepts Have Teeth: digital imaging and Blackfoot material culture in UK museums.
